Less is More recipe challenge - saints, dragons or heroes

The challenge from Less is More this week is to make a CAS (clean and simple) card featuring saints, dragons or heroes.

Lacking any suitable resources, I've had to approach this 'creatively' (kinda cheating, really!) and went for a heroes theme.

I used the cracks stamp from the Stampers Anonymous cracks and specks set on a linen effect panel with Ranger Perfect Medium and then heat embossed in clear. I used Distress Inks in Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed and Chipped Sapphire to add some random background colours that remind me a comic book, and then used the Print and Cut function on my Black Cat Cougar to create and cut out comic book hero words and a sentiment. These were popped up on foam pads for a bit of dimension. The panel was stuck to a linen effect card blank.

If you want to play along with the Less is More weekly challenges, check out the blog.

Thanks for stopping by!
