Happiness is a handmade card

Handy Hippo haul!

Hi everyone! I hope you're having a fab week whatever you're up to.

Earlier this week I was thrilled to hear I was one of two lucky winners in the awesome Handy Hippo crafts giveaway! My mystery parcel, worth £30, just arrived and I wanted to do a post to show the goodies I received.

But first, a massive thank you to Handy Hippo for their generosity. It's always fantastic to receive a box of craft goodies, and even more so when they're a surprise gift. Do take a minute to pop over and check their online store because they have some absolutely gorgeous products, as well as a good range of the basic supplies we all need and run out of so frequently!

So here's my mystery box opened...

And here are the goodies!

In the parcel there was a box of glue dots (super useful - I go through loads of these!), a roll of gorgeous black and silver stripe washi tape which I think will be brilliant for contemporary and art deco cards as well as masculine cards, two packets of Christmas wooden embellishments (deer and silver sparkle stars... yum!), a BoBunny Noteworthy set filled with beautiful vintage-style toppers, a Papermania chipboard album with jump rings included (can't WAIT to decorate that), two sheets of beautifully designed 3D decoupage prints, a sheet of lovely blue floral tissue paper, a 3D decoupage Christmas card kit with the most adorable polar bears you ever saw, two giant packs of cream linen gatefold card blanks which will last me FOREVER, and last but not least a Promarker in Cool Grey 4. I have the whole set of Promarkers, and guess what colours I use most for shadowing? You got it. I use a ton of the Cool Greys so this is going to be really useful!

Thanks again to Handy Hippo for a super giveaway - and you should definitely keep an eye on their Facebook page because they're planning another one later this year!

Thanks for stopping by!
