Hero Arts stepper Christmas card with Distress Ink sunset background

Hi everyone, I'm back again with another card that's up on the Seven Hills Crafts blog for the week 3 reminder to play along in their monthly challenge!

This month we're asking you to make cards inspired by your favourite Christmas movie, song or carol. The hard bit is narrowing it down - I love almost everything to do with Christmas!

Remember to get your entries in by 10 pm GMT on 30th November to be in with a chance of winning!

My card uses the Hero Arts Color Layering Christmas Tree which is such a useful set. I've used the Christmas tree in so many cards already and they all look completely different. That's my favourite kind of stamp - verstatile!

The background sunset is done with Distress Inks in Dusty Concord, Seedless Preserved, Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick and Scattered Straw.

The tree is stamped in VersaColor pigment inks: Bamboo, Olive, Evergreen. The snow is WOW! Super Fine Embossing Powder in White.

The snow is inked over a hill mask cut with Lawn Fawn Simple Stitched Hillside Borders in Shaded Lilac Distress Ink.

The sentiment is from the same Hero Arts set as the tree.

Thanks for stopping by!
